We provide psychiatric care for patients across the full lifespan , children as young as 5, adolescents, adults, and seniors aged 65 and older. Our specialized Men's Wellness Program is specifically designed for adult men, though we treat mental health conditions in all genders.
What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your initial 60-minute psychiatric evaluation is a safe, confidential conversation. Your provider will ask about your mental health history, current symptoms, medications, family background, and goals. For children and teens, a parent or guardian is typically included. There's no pressure , your job is simply to show up and share what you're comfortable with. Together, you will build a personalized care plan.
Do you accept insurance?

Can I be seen via telehealth?

Yes. Telepsychiatry allows us to serve patients across the states where we are licensed. You'll connect via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform from the comfort of your own space. Telehealth is especially convenient for parents of young children, working adults, seniors with mobility challenges, and anyone with a busy schedule.
What is the Men's Wellness Program?

Our Men's Wellness Program is a specialized service designed to address the unique mental health challenges men face , including stress, emotional regulation, purpose and identity, relationship health, fatherhood, and the cultural barriers that often prevent men from seeking help. It offers both individual and group sessions and does not require medication.
My child has behavioral issues , can you help?

Absolutely. We offer comprehensive child and adolescent mental health services for ages 5–17. We treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, OCD, trauma, mood dysregulation, and more. Our approach is person-centered and family-inclusive, and we partner with parents and guardians throughout the care process.
We strive to see new patients within a reasonable timeframe. Availability varies , we recommend booking online as early as possible to secure your preferred time. Saturday appointments are available for patients with weekday constraints.
Is what I share confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is protected by federal HIPAA regulations. Information shared with your provider is strictly confidential, with limited exceptions required by law , such as imminent risk of serious harm. We will always explain any such exceptions clearly and transparently.
What if I'm in a mental health crisis?

Our practice does not provide emergency or crisis intervention services, but we will always work to connect you with the right resources and support.
